BDH Solutions was founded in 2005 by Ross Hedditch. Having spent over 20 years in the real estate industry and running a successful agency in Carlton, Ross saw the need for a specialist rent roll broker who understood the complexities of rent rolls, what it took to transition ownership and where the real value lies.
In 2025, BDH Solutions expanded their services to include specialist legal counsel, and real estate business acumen with the addition of two new directors - Patrick Gowans and Joshua Leech.
BDH Solutions are now able to provide a comprehensive service for our clients so they have leading expert information and full support for the entire process of transitioning a rent roll.

Director of Legal
Patrick Gowans joins BDH Solutions as Director of Legal for rent roll transitions.He specialises in M&A, business and asset sales, contracts, shareholder agreements and restructuring contracts.
Patrick helps structure deals that protect value and keep settlements on track for completion.
