Stephen is the former Principal/Managing Director of Summons and Francis First National Real Estate of West Ryde. Stephen has served the industry in various capacities throughout his career in real estate, which commenced in 1964.
Stephen Francis served as President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia from October 1999 to October 2000 and as President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales from 1997 - 1999.
Stephen is a fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and, in 1989, was the inaugural recipient of the Woodrow Weight Award for outstanding contribution to real estate agency practice. In November 2000 Stephen received from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales its highest honor of Life Fellow.

Ross commenced his career in 1978 and has been at the forefront of Melbourne's residential real estate market ever since. A 'hands on' estate agent to this day, Ross realised the importance of raising client service benchmarks from the outset. He has had a progressive focus on innovation and technology and has implemented many of management strategies now adopted throughout the industry.
Over the course of a highly successful career Ross has personally conducted in excess of 2500 auctions and managed thousand of rental properties throughout the competitive inner city environment.
The fact that Ross is regularly invited to address property forums on Real Estate management and the implementation of systems is a reflection of the nationwide regard in which he held by his industry peers.
Ross is a recipient of the Australasian Real Estate Agency Best Practice John Grieg Trophy for service to estate agency practice and he remains one the profession's most forward looking and progressive thinkers.

Until recently Graham was Senior Lecturer in Real Estate in Auckland, New Zealand with Massey University’s leading edge real estate agency block programme. Over the fifteen year period he served with the University his teaching and research focus was real estate agency management, profit performance and real estate agency practice. Graham continues to lecture at Massey University on agency management principles. His previous career was in selling and management with a major real estate franchise group.
Graham offers a wide range of management consultancy and training services to real estate agencies He is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and has served the industry in a number of capacities, including a term as Director of The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Industry Training Board. He is currently National Moderator for New Zealand’s real estate qualifications. He is also an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand and offers dispute resolution services to the industry.

Since 1997 Wayne has run a successful Business Consulting Practise helping hundreds of businesses achieve superior results.
His background before assisting businesses was varied and detailed. Degrees in both Commerce and Law gave a sound base for a career in chartered accountancy, property, advertising and marketing.
Together with his wife Lisa, Wayne created and operates the largest Paediatric Occupational Therapy business in Sydney with clinics across the city. This business gave an understanding of the benefits and methods of systemisation as it now runs with little input from the directors.
Wayne has worked with a vast range of businesses, from Building to Real Estate, Flying Schools to Aged Care Facilities, Manufacturing to Service providers, in the private and government sectors.
